NFC Forum Services for Event Organizers
The NFC Forum offers several services to assist event organizers add information about NFC technology to their conferences.
NFC Forum Event Endorsement
The Forum endorses industry events that are of value to a segment of our membership or that promote NFC in specific sectors of the NFC ecosystem. When it endorses an event, the NFC Forum offers event organizers these benefits:
- "NFC Forum Endorsed" click-through event listing on the NFC Forum Industry Events page
- "NFC Forum Endorsed" event listing in NFC Forum members-only newsletter
- Permission to use NFC Forum logo and profile and to cite NFC Forum as an association partner in all online and print materials
In exchange, the Forum requests a 10-15% event registration discount for NFC Forum members.

NFC Forum Event Sponsorship
The Forum sponsors shows that are NFC-specific or are of strategic value to our members. When it sponsors an event, the NFC Forum offers event organizers these benefits:
- An official NFC Forum spokesperson, who will present the NFC Forum official slide deck or serve as a moderator for panels including NFC Forum members
- Inclusion of promotional ad in the NFC Forum sponsored events calendar, emailed monthly to all members
- Prominent show logo and click-through on the NFC Forum Sponsored Events Web page; click-through event listing on the NFC Forum Industry Events page (Banner ad dimensions 75px high x 200px wide)
- Promotion in NFC Forum newsletter and other communications vehicles
- Permission to use NFC Forum logo and profile and to cite NFC Forum as an association sponsor in all online and print materials
In exchange, the Forum requests:
- Prominent logo exposure on all PRINT show promotional material, including direct mail, print advertisements and on-site exposure in compliance with NFC Forum Logo Use Guidelines
- Prominent WEB logo exposure, publication description and subscription generation link on show website
- 1 four-color full page advertisement included in conference program Association literature in the show bag
- Use of event press list
- Two full conference passes and one press pass for Association staff
- Complimentary exhibit space, one unit, standard size for the event, including:
- Complimentary basic electrical (5 amps/500 Watts)
- Complimentary wired Internet (512K – fast Ethernet service with single private IP address)
- Complimentary furniture provided with a standard exhibit space
- Registration discount (preferably 35%) for Association members
- One-time post event use of registration list to solicit memberships – in accordance with regular event host list rental policies
- Speaker evaluations – delivered post-event
