NFC Forum Certification Program

The NFC Forum Certification Program will be launched at the end of 2010. It will provide device manufacturers with a means of establishing their products’ compliance with the NFC Forum’s published open standards.

Become an NFC Forum Member

Certification is available to NFC Forum members only, and we encourage all interested parties to join the Forum to gain added credibility for your products. Read more about joining the NFC Forum.

NFC Forum Certification Mark

Products that pass certification testing will receive the NFC Forum Certification Mark as proof of compliance. We will adding more information about the Certification Program and the Certification Mark over the next few months, so please check back here frequently.

NFC Forum N-Mark

The NFC Forum "N-Mark" trademark is available now for use on smart posters, badges, labels, and more so consumers can easily identify where their NFC-enabled devices can be used. It is a stylized “N” and indicates the spot where an NFC-enabled device can read an NFC Forum tag to establish the connection.

The N-Mark is available through a simple click-through license. N-Mark Trademark Usage Guidelines are provided with the N-Mark, and users are encouraged to follow the guidelines for implementation to ensure global consistency. Read more about the N-Mark and complete the license.
