To make an NFC-enabled world a reality, the NFC Forum will help developers with vision and determination to build the infrastructure that will drive acceptance of NFC technology in the marketplace. We can offer you support if you are an implementer of NFC technology, or if you are an application developer or integrator of NFC technology.

Implementers of NFC Specifications

If your company will be implementing NFC Forum specifications, you should join the NFC Forum! As a Forum member, you will have access to the specifications while they are still under development. When you join, you become a member of the NFC Developer Community, which will help you to understand and implement the specifications and develop interoperable and well-designed products.

Application Developers and Integrators of NFC Technology

If your company is developing applications for NFC technology or integrating NFC technology into your devices, a simple approach is to work cooperatively with an NFC Forum member company. Many of the Forum's member companies develop building blocks for NFC technology and support application development for NFC and integration into devices.

NFC Forum Developers Community

To help you in your work, the future NFC Forum’s Developers’ area will become an important resource, providing you with the tools you need to succeed. We will be adding links and resources for communicating to the people and organizations involved in the tasks of bringing new NFC-based products, services and applications to market around the world. As our detailed NFC Forum specifications are released, we’ll give you the supporting information you need to create truly interoperable products. We'll be adding materials to assist you, including:
